It' never a good thing when a young witness identifies a photo as, "Uncle Joe, bad person." Joseph Passof, the head counselor at the Flatbush Park Day Camp , is accused of molesting a 5-year-old jewish boy in the bathroom at summer camp last summer. He was arrested Wednesday and pleaded not guilty yesterday, and lawyer Jay Cohen says that diabetes and high blood pressure has rendered Passof impotent ...
