It' commonplace for school districts to suspend classes for the Jewish and Christian holidays. Now, other religions are asking for equal time in New Jersey. It's an issue of competing interests that has some Jews in South Brunswick concerned. The fight for days off has Jewish residents concerned that high holy days could be eliminated.
