Mass migration would spark civil disorder
Mirko Bagaric is wrong to say concerns about high migration levels are based on racism (''Migration can end worldwide poverty'', April 7). And he is wrong to say migration would end worldwide poverty by reducing population levels elsewhere to more sustainable levels. That simply does not happen, at least in the longer term.
